"Great! Now we're on to the abs!" A little encouragement goes a long way during the 25-minute session, equivalent to 4 hours of sport. The atmosphere is jovial and the effort is intense, but adapted and pain-free, thanks to electrodes placed on different parts of the body to stimulate and amplify muscle contraction. Very popular with women, these sessions not only tone and firm the body, they also make you happy. Reservations are required for a maximum of three people! All you need are sneakers, towels and shower gel.
