Since March 2022, O'studio has been a new space dedicated to relaxation and well-being on the Rives de Meurthe. Run by a qualified sports coach, certified for the disabled, she offers Pilates, stretch relaxation, yoga and gentle gym, as well as individual or group fitness classes for up to 6 people. An infrared spa and hammam with music therapy (30-minute session of your choice) invite you to relax. Whether you opt for a single session, 4 health and well-being sessions or an unlimited number of sessions, our flexible packages are sure to suit everyone.
