Basic-Fit is constantly expanding in the Nancy area (the one at Rives de Meurthe is open 24 hours a day, no excuses!). Sportsmen and women benefit from each gym's attendance. Even the busiest of schedules can find a time slot to train. The large number of fitness machines allows for pleasant sessions without waiting for a machine to become available. The gym is clean and well maintained and the staff is attentive and helpful. Video classes in yoga on the run are also held.
