A no-frills gym that puts health first!

Welcome to Keep Cool, a gym where showing off has no place. There are no mirrors, no dumbbells, and you don't come here to admire yourself, just to work out, relax and take care of yourself. Add to that individual showers and changing rooms, and you'll forget the image of a gym full of fit girls and ultra-built men. A cardio area with bikes and treadmills to look after your little heart, a body-building area with different machines to strengthen all the muscles of the body with an area dedicated to girls and finally several video classrooms that change with the seasons. It's up to you to choose and work out in good spirits.
