Attention le personnel ne précise rien sur les conditions !!
Vous arrivez en retard (pour les clientes et clients qui arrivent de loin) impossible de prévenir elle ne répond pas au téléphone du coup rendez vous annulé et impossible de reprendre rendez vous car le Bon est perdu ( elle est juste là pour encaisser ) manque de professionalisme total , demande de confirmation du rendez vous aucune réponse ( encore une fois par mail) , parle sèchement , personnel froid !!
Plus que déçu .. 65 euros encaisser sans avoir eu quoi que ce soit !!
Sans compter l’allé retour (160 km )
Journée de détente foutu en l’air !
J’ai pu lire et avoir l’avis de cliente passer là-bas et est à bannir !!
