In the heart of the green Hills of Chalosse, the farm of Nadine and Jean-Marie Ducazaux is devoted to a 17 ha surface to cereal cultivation and to the rearing of fat, poultry and cattle ducks. In this way, they are in traditional fatty livers, candied, preserved, and the essential landais pastis. You can visit the farm and discover all the products from here: whole fatty liver of canned or semi-preserved duck, pâté fatty liver with armagnac… The range is limited to better preserve the quality of farm products!
