L'HORIZON

L'Horizon, Sophie and Mike's restaurant, offers family and gourmet cuisine. And Sophie, with her overflowing imagination, adapts to the seasons to change her menu! For starters, roasted camembert with rosemary chorizo and pine nuts, vol-au-vent leek with smoked salmon or trio of paprika gambas flambéed with whisky; for main courses, filet mignon ginger soya honey and sweet spices, piece of beef (plain with sauces of the day) or duck confit; for desserts, orange and prune salad with Cointreau, stewed fruit turnover light puff pastry with whipped cream ice cream, for example. In the pretty room with its fresh and bright colours, aniseed green tables, purple walls, Stark chairs, you can come with your family, for business meals or theme evenings. Sophie listens to customers and Mike (who is Welsh) takes the opportunity to give you a vocabulary lesson while doing the service. He offers you wines that he carefully selects (tasting evenings) and prepares delicious cocktails. When the food is good, the pleasant atmosphere (soft music), the bucolic environment (terrace in summer), we call it a very good address!
