Restaurant to enjoy a delicious pastry in Dax.
Located in a 16th-century mansion, Le Valmont has gone from being a tea room to a must-visit downtown restaurant (lunchtime only). Open until 3 or 6 p.m., it's always possible to enjoy a delicious pastry. In fine weather, the patio is very pleasant. Otherwise, let yourself be tempted by chef Yannick Gallouin's menu of the day: pot-au-feu pressé, crispy duck, choco/passion tartlet... Everything here is homemade. Because of our success, reservations are strongly recommended.
