If there's one adjective that doesn't fit this tapas bar-turned-restaurant, it's static. Work on the Place de la Fontaine-Chaude has increased the energy of Alain and his team tenfold. Space is at a premium when it comes to welcoming Iberian cuisine enthusiasts who come to sample the delicious pinchos and, at the same time, watch broadcasts of fiestas from near and far! In the kitchen, Yohan concocts salads with chicken marinated in Espelette chilli, piquillos and parmesan shavings, and sliced tomatoes with serrano mozzarella. All products are selected for their quality: serrano, jabugo, bone-in rib (Aimé butchery, Dax). The famous plato combinado comes in three bowls: lomo quail egg, piperade, potatoes. The arrival of café gourmand is another good time! Once a month on Wednesdays, get together for an evening of wine-tasting and conviviality, and why not take a tour of Spanish wines, for example, to go with a tartare à toutes les sauces. Combine musical evenings with a feast for the taste buds, and you've got the Txupinazo atmosphere. Come home to our catering service.
