Beautiful farmhouse with 4 cosy guest rooms with separate entrance, heated pool and superb fully-equipped gîte.
Isabelle and Florent fell in love with this authentic 18th-century Landes farmhouse. After some renovation and decoration work, Le Poutic reopened its doors in spring 2023, starting with the gîte (for 4 people) with its pretty 25 m² terrace, followed by the 4 guest rooms. Although the entrances are independent, the 6,000 m² grounds (not fenced) and heated swimming pool are shared. A table d'hôtes is served for lunch and dinner, as well as platters and plates. A plus? A meeting room for up to 10 people.

Gîtes de France (3 épis). Open from March to mid-November. Chambres d'hôtes (1 to 3 pers.) from 90 €/night depending on season (based on 2 pers.). Gîte (4 pers.) from 840 € / week + 20 € per additional person. On request during Armagnac distillation festivals. Special rates for spa treatments at Barbotan les Thermes.

Le Poutic is an authentic guest house set in a traditional 19th-century Landes farmhouse in Créon-d'Armagnac, near La Bastide d'Armagnac. Surrounded by verdant parkland, the house has been transformed into a haven of peace for those seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature. It offers four guest rooms and a gîte, all designed to ensure a most enjoyable stay. Each room is equipped with a Queen-size bed, private bathroom and practical storage space. You'll also enjoy a beautiful view of the park and/or surrounding countryside. Some rooms also feature a sitting area. The house also features a spacious, bright gîte, ideal for a stay with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room with TV and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Here, you'll enjoy a tasty, hearty breakfast based on local, quality produce to get your day off to a good start. Le Poutic also has a table d'hôtes where you can enjoy regional cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. Dinner platters, local beers and a fine wine list are also available. There's also a heated swimming pool and a large garden to relax in. A good address for a successful stay!

L'accueil y est personnalisé et chaleureux, les échanges conviviaux.
Les chambres sont très confortables et décorées avec goût. La piscine y est la bienvenue.
Un grand merci à Isabelle et Florent de nous avoir tous accepté à la table d'hôtes joliment dressée dans le patio où tous les invités ont salué la cuisine très goûteuse du chef.
