Restaurant-auberge open from March to November in Castelnau-Chalosse.
For the past 25 years, foie gras producer Le Vieux Chêne has offered a wide range of specialties based on duck and Chalosse beef (to order). You'll be able to choose from a gourmet à la carte menu, beautifully named country or farm menus, and the Vieux Chêne plate served with a glass of Chalosse wine. Although the inn is normally closed from December to February, it remains open all year round for groups of more than 20 people. Stop by the store before you leave.
