Foie gras producer

In addition to growing wheat and corn, Didier and Sophie Gaugeacq raise Mulard ducks, renowned for producing the finest foie gras. The duckling is received in its first days of life, and is first protected indoors, then raised in the wild according to a precise charter. The ducklings are then force-fed whole corn for 14 days, before being transformed into various products that you can enjoy at the La Déesse des Gourmets farm inn, or find in the canning store.
