Renowned for its inventiveness and use of fresh produce, Goustut offers a menu based around several "mezzés" - small local dishes - to share, with or without a main course and dessert in the evening. The chef highlights local producers: cheese from Benat, fish from Capbreton harbour, vegetables from the Bastelica family... The emphasis is on taste and creativity. À la carte? socca and fish soup, shellfish with sake, crispy rice with trout rillette... Desserts are also worth a spoonful!

Pour terminer mon séjour autour du lac d’Hossegor mon amie m’a amené diner dans cet excellent et original établissement. Succédant à un déjeuner trop copieux je n’ai pas pu profiter pleinement de l’enchainement des plats qui se sont accumulés sur la table mais tout ce que j’ai gouté était succulent et un vrai régal pour les papilles avec la découverte de saveurs incroyables !
