Renowned for its inventiveness and use of fresh produce, Goustut offers a menu based around several "mezzés" - small local dishes - to share, with or without a main course and dessert in the evening. The chef highlights local producers: cheese from Benat, fish from Capbreton harbour, vegetables from the Bastelica family... The emphasis is on taste and creativity. À la carte? socca and fish soup, shellfish with sake, crispy rice with trout rillette... Desserts are also worth a spoonful!
