A traditional restaurant opposite the Biscarrosse beach pediment. Opened since spring 2014, this restaurant is constantly evolving. The daily special, as the à la carte menu, is mainly based on fresh products and fresh ingredients from the local producer, thus ensuring a top quality. Oysters are served all year long, mussel and fries and sea dishes from June to September. Mid-cooked homemade foie gras, presented on a small board with gingerbread and fig jam, if you hesitate to choose between the mid-cooked dishes, this one is truly perfect. Crayfish raviolis and mushrooms in a sauce with shellfish aroma, the Rossini-style beef fillet, chef's barbecues. All the dishes are mouthwatering, the presentation is impeccable, witnessed by the Cho azope Weiss, a black chocolate ball on fresh raspberry coulis, in which you can find a surprise inside, an ice-cream containing red fruits and a crusty chocolate are unveiled. A nice pizza menu to take away or to taste on the spot, for example the Biscarrossaise: Emmental cream, mozzarella, gizzards, mushrooms, plugs, duck, pine nut, and, in addition to these good moments, and enjoy the cabaret every second Saturday of the month.
