L'HOMME EN BLEU

L'Homme en bleu, LHEB for its friends, is a webzine that tests restaurants, stores and places to go out in Limoges. The style is cheeky but the content of the article is always serious and documented. The title of the webzine is inspired by a figure of the city that has become part of the urban folklore: a curious character in blue overalls who travels around the city with his bike.
