This renowned high school in the region prepares for the business-catering and food trades. Initial training for young and adults, or alternately, from CFA to the professional licence. To have a more precise idea of what happens, we advise the application restaurant: The Garden of the Dishes. This is the opportunity for you to lunch for a reasonable amount and for students to train themselves in the practical conditions of their future business. Dishes are cared for and attentive service: laminated from escargot snail, red fruit foam, Provençal fine pie… The menu is set by high school, which cannot offer any other choice (visible on the site) and we are asked to respect timetables so as not to put students late.

Nous sommes très favorables au principe des repas aux lycées hôteliers pour l’encouragement des élèves. Toutefois’ nous sommes venus le jeudi 9 décembre avec ma femme (menu à 36 €). Nous avons très déçus par un service très mal géré par le ou les professeurs. Ma femme et moi n’avons pas du tout considéré les élèves comme fautifs. Dommage car les plats étaient très bien. La gestion du personnel dans une salle de restaurant ne devrait pas représenter de difficultés pour des professeurs spécialisés. S’il est normal d’accepter des erreurs éventuelles de jeunes en formation, il n’en est pas de même pour l’encadrement. Merci et bon courage.
