STUDIO PILATES

Sandra and Frédéric Choffel are pioneers of the Pilates Method in Limoges. Former professional dancer and medical technician in sleep apnea, they both trained in this practice a decade ago and teach him now in their studio. A gentle sports practice, but it works in depth on muscle reinforcement and posture. You can take advantage of the studio's open-door days every year at the beginning of the day to give you an idea of this soft sports practice or to initiate a weekend internship.
