ATELIERS QI - ÊTRE ET MOUVEMENT

Although based in Sussac, the association Being and Movement offers workshops in Limoges three times a week. Distinguished by different levels of practice, you can register for Qi Gong and Taï Qi sessions. Annick Bachelor is responsible for these lessons. A graduate of the Federation of Qi Gong and Taï Qi and Energy Arts Teachers, she has been teaching courses since 1984. You will work with her on body fluidity and the movement of energy in your body.
