DÉLISSIME

This gastronomic lounge takes place in Limoges for Grade 5. It brings together over 80 exhibitors from all over France. It is an opportunity to taste pineau of Charentes, Basque cheese, Corsican, Provencal or mountain specialities, chocolates, spices, canned fish or wine. The lounge is also a demonstration of new cooking utensils or culinary techniques. You can take advantage of cooking courses or meet the challenge of speed cooking, where the courageous, framed by a chef, compete on music background.
