In the character of the Castle of Coussac-Sur, Dominique Escouteloup, a cook, prepares delicious dishes and tasty dishes based on good local products. In the somewhat obsolete room, traditional cuisine is served in Limoges porcelain dishes, all very well prepared. To put water in the mouth: ham "cul", fillet beef cane, foie gras de duck, ris of calf to small vegetables; as a perfect dessert for chestnuts… The apple perfectly complemented the salt as well as the sweet, the nuts accompany the cheese platter, the ceps marry with the noix nuts, the vegetables follow the seasons. The cellar, not chauvinistic, offers choice in all regions. The service is very pleasant. There is a bar to relax and, on the hotel side, seven rooms.

Les plats sont bons mais sans réelle saveur.Tout semble un peu fade et il manque toujours ce petit plus pour se régaler. En particulier le Pavlova qui est vraiment quelconque.En final une note assez salée peu en rapport avec la modestie des plats.
