The village of Coussac-Bonneval, which was built around a Gallo-Roman villa, is a good place to stop for those who want to visit its imposing castle. This residence, still inhabited, dominates the small village from the top of its hill. On the outside, one never tires of admiring the superb architecture. But the countryside and the nature around will also delight the amateurs of long walks. There are two hiking trails starting from the village: the kaolin loop (8 km), PDIPR and the mills loop (12 km) (downloadable at www.tourisme-saint-yrieix.com/Bouger/Randonnee). There is also a geocaching cache Tèrra Aventura in the village.
