For 45 years, Michèle and Bernard Paysan have been serving simple, generous, home-cooked cuisine inspired by the South-West region, using fresh, local, seasonal produce. In the dining room or on the flower-filled terrace, you'll enjoy farm produce and Landes specialties prepared with passion, such as foie gras, eel, sweetbreads, garbure, confit and poultry. To tantalize your taste buds with traditional local recipes, the establishment offers classic menus, à la carte local cuisine with food and wine pairings, and takeaway meals. You can, for example, enjoy a duo of scallops and prawns with baby vegetables, savor stuffed chicken au pot or appreciate tournedos with sautéed apples and porcini mushrooms.
