François Fressinaud opened his artisanal chocolate factory in 2015 thanks to the support of a participatory fundraising campaign. The address offers gourmet and reasoned chocolate products. By opening his shop, the artisan chocolatier has committed himself to transform his chocolate products himself, to be transparent about the origin of his ingredients, to use local products as much as possible and to limit preservatives. A promise he continues to keep today.
