Monique and Xavier Etcheverry perpetuate the traditions and know-how of their ancestors. They raise their ducks on vast green and shady fields, force-feed them with corn grown on the property and prepare delicious preserves the old-fashioned way, following family recipes handed down from generation to generation. Here you will find whole duck foie gras in preserves and semi-preserves, specialities such as stuffed neck and duck breast stuffed with foie gras, but also pâtés and rillettes with foie gras!
