Kadia Palleaux, a hairdresser in Guéret, has always prepared her delicious bissap juice for her family, a recipe inherited from her Senegalese origins. Faced with growing demand from her customers, she decided to market this delicious juice made from hibiscus flowers. Her short-lived boutique was a great success, and in March 2025, with her sister Charlotte, she opened a permanent boutique to offer this natural, alcohol-free beverage, without preservatives or colorants, to everyone. She also offers a less sweet version and syrup. A delight not to be missed!
