TERRACED GARDENS
Gardens to find medieval medicinal plants, color plants to make dyes and inks
At the foot of the abbey church, this terraced garden is laid out by the Plantes et Couleurs association. It features medieval medicinal plants, coloring plants for dyes and inks, and the school's vegetable garden. Each species is identified by a sign, allowing visitors to explore independently. Marc Bricard, the temple's guardian, also offers guided tours. Plant transformation workshops are open to the public by reservation: ink making, drying of herbal teas, making syrups and cosmetics, calligraphy, etc.
