Nelly grows saffron bulbs with passion. A Landes saffron for which she uses no chemical inputs. As she likes to say, Safran'gòssa is a small operation, but one with big commitments. So, from planting to harvesting, weeding, pruning and drying, everything is done by hand. Quite a job! For the products she processes, she uses organic and/or local produce.
