LA BRASSERIE DU PLATEAU

The brasserie is located in the old station. It uses the lobby as a place of tasting and art exhibitions. The 1000 beer is manufactured in seven varieties. You will find the Blonde, sweet and fruity, the White with citrus scent, the Blonde Prémiant more floral, the Spicy Spicy, the triple highest (7 °) alliance of whisky malt and a long fermentation, the roasted malt and the Christmas beer if fragrant. The malt comes from a entrprise of the neighbouring department: Issoudun (36). Beer is available on site, in the lounges and on-line, but also in many shops and at the Aubusson tourist office. The company won two regional awards in 2014: the Turgot Trophée Trophy and the Turgot Medallion of artisan creativity.
