In addition to the limousine meat, traditional charcuterie and cooked dishes, the shop also sells some preserved vegetables and some wines, especially rosé. Among the specialties is brioché sausage and the so-called creusoise pie, made with pie, potatoes and cream. Also sold here, Le Saint-Nectaire, a faire cheese produced by a friend of the butcher-butcher.
