Visit of the sites of the Tapestry maker's house, thanks to a free application on smartphone, organized by the tourist office
Located in the rue Vieille, which used to be home to many tapestry workshops, the tourist office house displays the town's coat of arms borrowed from the Lusignan, counts of the Marche. The motto of the city Inter spinas floret means "it blooms among thorns". The Tourist Office manages the Maison du Tapissier and now offers organised tours of the place in summer (guided tours all year round for groups of more than 10 people by appointment). A "Vidéoguide" trail allows you to discover Aubusson's heritage by making a real visit to the different sites thanks to a free application on a smartphone. Finally, L'échoppe, still on site, offers visitors various regional products (small tapestries, terrines, apple juice, pottery, soaps...).
