LA NOISETTINE
A bakery-pastry shop where you'll want to try everything. Here you'll find the region's great classics - the delicious Creusois (soft with hazelnuts) and Trépaïs (chestnut, hazelnut and chocolate) - as well as house specialties such as Lou Chataignou, made with chestnut flour, Aubussine with blackberries and Noisettine, a meringue cake. There's also an in-house chocolate section, a store stocked with local products (honey from the Creus, liqueurs from the Centre, Limousin terrines, etc.), a snack bar and a tea room.
