LA NOISETTINE
When you enter the bakery, you can try to taste everything. The breads are beautiful and varied, with cereals, leaven, rye or Utilisant flour. The same applies to pastries. We manufacture here as elsewhere in the department, the Creusois and the Trépais but the specialities of the house are Lou Chataignou, realized with chestnut flour, the Aubussine to the blackberries and the famous Noisettine, mixture cake.
