LA CAVE

Launched by Pascal Ponzo in July 2019, this dining cellar quickly won over the inhabitants of Aubusson and holidaymakers on the go. The Creusois smile, its selection of wines, beers and spirits, as well as its small terrace have everything to charm connoisseurs and the curious looking for a spot to have a drink. In his shop, the young man offers wine tastings accompanied by scoundrel boards. Composed of local products, they are mainly covered with cold meats and cheese. His bar also serves as a setting for tasting courses.
