If you like the "auberge" atmosphere and local cuisine, Le Tuquet is for you! From a menu based around pigeon, to the famous garbure, to the hearty Assiette du Pays, there's plenty to see (and taste) locally! Foie gras, duck confit, pluma... The emphasis is on taste and generosity. Several menus are available. And don't miss the homemade pastis for dessert. In fine weather, the tree-lined terraces are particularly pleasant. A good place to stop while strolling between Angresse and Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse.
