L'ESCARGOT VIGEOYEUX - SANDRINE COMMAGNAC

In Vigeois, the L'Escargot Vigeoyeux farm produces and sells snails. With 4 outdoor parks and 350,000 snails a year, the farm offers a wide variety of snail-based products. Snails are cooked in a variety of ways, from stuffed snails in shells, to candied snails, nettle snails and short-boiled snails. You can also find them on Brive's Drive Fermier or at some of the region's farmers' markets.
