This is undoubtedly the great surprise of the moment in Corrèze. Christelle and William have a sense of welcome, to say the least. They also have a sense of decoration, with a luminous room that oscillates between traditional and contemporary furniture. On the plate, the same fight, sure values to not divert the regional of the stage and more daring dishes that are globally successful and convincing. The proof? The velouté of forgotten vegetables and its shavings of foie gras served with apples and roasted chestnuts. The rest is just as convincing. And again, these are only tasty dishes on the menu. We still have or you still have to test the menu which promises to be attractive.

Une adresse incontournable à Tarnac. La cuisine y est exquise. Le cadre est aussi agréable.
