Correspondant à mon souhait (économique - géographique - accueil permanent), la chambre était propre. Petite douche (ça tombe bien car j'ai plutôt la ligne !) dans laquelle il aurait été bien vu de refixer le support de la pomme de douche....

le ibis budget Bordeaux Sud Villenave-d'Ornon
m’a fait payer une chambre Familial, montant de 94,68€ j’ai eu une chambre standard numéro de chambre 216 c’est pas normal,

Merci de prendre en compte ma réclamation et faire le nécessaire. Je souhaiterais une remboursement de la différence que j’ai payé J’ai déjà dormi sur plusieurs hôtels ibis budget mais sur celui-ci. C’est horrible le sol est sale la chambre sans une odeur fort toilette non nettoyer Ça donne même pas envie d’y dormir ???????????? personnel, non compétent ne fait même pas leur boulot, revoyez votre système de fonctionnement je déconseille fortement

Literie vraiment chaotique pas de serviette dans la salle de bain, état du bac à douche pitoyable et chambre médiocre et sale..

This hotel was tragic, dirty inside the room and outside the corridors looked like it wasn't hoovered for many weeks. Room floors were dirty. Although the bedding was clean, underneath, the actual mattress was filthy. Whole hotel smelled so bad, lifts stunk of cigarettes. I had stayed in other similar Ibis Budgets this year, like the one in Tours, which were so clean, I expected the same from this place. But no, it was a massive mistake.
Although it was quiet and there was hot water in the shower, everything else made me uncomfortable about this place. I would not stay there again and not reccomend anyone else does either.
