The origins of this spring can be traced back to Celtic antiquity
Here we combine sport, nature and heritage! Climb by bike in front of the church of Ménoire, and follow the yellow markers to conquer the old fountains of the village. Among them, the source of the Ménoire and the remarkable fountains of the village and Saint-Martial - the origin of the latter would even go back to Celtic antiquity! Further north, almost halfway up the road, enjoy the panoramic view that Roche de Pic has in store for you. 10 km, count 3 hours of mountain biking.
