Après toutes ces notes il demeure un point très critique qui plombe le côté positif : il est très désagréable et incorrecte de faire le ménage pendant le repas, au nez des convives. (nettoyer les fauteuils orange, secouer les dossiers, projeter du nettoyant sur les tables, tout cela autour des clients qui consomment)

Un des meilleurs en Corrèze
Que ce soit dans la salle ou dans l'assiette, rien à redire. Gastronomique mais pas guindé, une cuisine très raffinée et recherchée, mais rassurez-vous, on a pas faim en sortant de table.

Nous avons gagné un repas dans le cadre des toques blanches. Nous avons eu un accueil super agréable, un menu gastronomique succulent.
En consultant les tarifs nous avons pu constater qu'ils sont élevés mais pour se faire plaisir c'est top.

Menu at € 48 (starter and main course nothing to say. We would have wanted an accompaniment of salad and cheese parts mirror than a sheet of cigarette. Without forgetting the dessert unique, heavy, composed for 2/3 of butter cream compact and bland (at least one needs a knife or fork to arrive at the end of this indigestible block). Too bad.....
Moreover, we had the vilaine surprised to see us refusing holiday vouchers valid until 12/31/2017.

Setting changes gradually but the quality of the cuisine and the reception remains!
