THE FARM OF THE MANUS

This farm is part of the agricultural high school of Neuvic. It is both a production and breeding site for Limousin cows and an educational farm. It is used as an educational support for several types of production; honey, fishing roosters, horses, hedges and mixed farming. In mid-November, every year, apples are collected and a delicious apple juice is made for those who have participated in the pressing and are curious about this tradition. A pedagogical-ecological tour focusing on sustainable development completes the visit.
