Museum in Verdelais, presenting various objects linked to religious worship, bearing witness to the popularity of pilgrims over the centuries

Inaugurated on September 22, 1990, this museum exhibits various objects related to the religious cult testifying to the fervor of pilgrims over the centuries. Housed in a wing of the former convent of the Celestines, you can admire a rare collection of painted ex-votos dedicated to Our Lady of Verdelais, some of which date back to the 18th century, models of boats, sacred silverware, liturgical ornaments, vases, liturgical vestments and cloaks of the Virgin Mary, and paintings. The first floor is reserved for temporary exhibitions.
