This adapted company has 4 disabled employees and produces a variety of farmhouse and mountain cheeses made from cow's milk, such as Saint Laurent, Tomme Limousine, Crème de Saint Laurent, Palet Corrézien, Millevaches and Vervialle. Disabled employees are supervised by a team of skilled professionals. The cheese dairy is open to the public for in-store purchases. The cheese dairy has won awards for the quality of its products, notably the Saint-Laurent cheese, which won the gold medal.
