It is an adapted company employing 4 disabled people. Their mission is to provide each employee with a suitable job and the necessary conditions for vocational training. The cheese dairy produces farmhouse and mountain cheeses made from cow's milk, such as Saint Laurent, Tomme Limousine, Crème de Saint Laurent, Palet Corrézien, Millevaches and Vervialle. Disabled employees are supervised by a team of skilled professionals. The cheese dairy has won several awards for the quality of its products. It opens its doors to visitors during the summer.
