Foie gras producer

Jacques and Annie Fontaine have been raising ducks on their farm in Pilou for 30 years! They then force-feed them with whole grain corn on the spot, then slaughter and process them on the spot. The specialities produced here are numerous; but one finds in particular the semi-cooked duck foies gras, but also fresh duck breasts, preserved whole foie gras, stuffed necks, pâtés, various confits and rillettes... But the easiest way is to visit the farm and buy the local products!
