La Combe de Job was founded in 1979, and has enjoyed uninterrupted success. Catherine and Fabrice Gobert, artisan canners, offer a rigorous selection of foies gras and traditional specialties from the South-West. Their products are made in the pure tradition of local gastronomy, in the Objat cannery. You'll find a vast choice of cassoulets, confits, pâtés and rillettes, as well as local products and delicatessen items such as beers, chocolates and honey... The welcome is as friendly as the products are good. It just goes to show!
