All gourmets appreciate the creations of this master craftsman: "la fleur de miel", "le jaurès" or "le saint-sernin" and the delicious compositions in glass. You will also have to try the tripaïs, the regional speciality, triangular, with three flavours: hazelnuts, chestnut and chocolate. You'll fall in love with the "undergrowth", with red fruits and chocolate. Laurent Ernst is also renowned for making the best croissants in town.

Je suis fou de leurs croissant et chocolatine tout les Dimanche matin avec leur kouglof je me retrouve à rêver que je suis au grand palais de Biarritz et ils me rappelle ceux de chez pilon à Toulouse magnifique
