In 1981, Paulette and André Vimbelle created Corrèze's first artisan chocolate factory. A house with a solid reputation, taken over with brio by Angélique and Eulalie Bernardo in 2020. You'll find a wide range of retail chocolates, tablets and other delicacies. Maison Vimbelle's specialties include Cendrée (gianduja chocolate, raisins macerated and flambéed in rum, homemade candied orange and lemon peel, walnut and pistachio slivers) and Sablonoix, a pure butter shortbread cookie with a good taste of Périgord walnuts.
