The Chambon are Daniel, Mathieu and Stéphane, father and son. This family brewery never disappoints. As a night, they are always excellent regional, fresh and seasonal products: Chocolate can, veau veau, honey and spices, creamy velvety with vegetables… The specialties of the house: on the menu, effeuillé of pepper beef on a galette of potatoes and, à la carte, feet of stuffed mashed pig mashed potatoes to old or disabled calf.
