A cosy decoration: red velvet armchairs, two small lounges below in subdued light, two mezzanine spaces with stone walls and exposed beams. The Brivistes come here with their eyes closed as they know the freshness and quality of the dishes. The chef likes to play with herbs, spices and spices. Always fine and delicately associated flavours: risotto with poultry and mushroom slices, lobster gratin, lamb mouse tagine or crème brûlée with nutmeg. Very nice references for wine.
