This ancestral wood-fired oven, once used by the estate's inhabitants, has been restored to its original function: baking bread... but with a touch of originality. Every summer, Benoît prepares his sourdough breads here, kneaded by hand and baked over a wood fire in the purest tradition. The most important thing for this passionate "educational and cultural baker" is to present his craft and this magnificent oven. He'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
